Refund policy

At Drip Tees and Stickers, every order is handled with care, creativity, and DTS energy. Please review this policy before placing your order so you know exactly how returns, refunds, exchanges, and custom orders are handled.

Custom Orders & Approved Designs

All custom orders are final once the design has been approved by the customer.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom shirts
  • Custom hoodies
  • Custom fleeces
  • Custom stickers
  • Personalized items
  • Special-request designs
  • Any product made or printed specifically for the customer

Once a customer approves the design, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges unless Drip Tees and Stickers made an error with the final product, such as printing the wrong approved design, sending the wrong item, or sending the wrong size compared to the approved order.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing spelling, names, colors, sizing, placement, images, artwork, and all design details before giving approval.

Regular Product Returns

For non-custom, regular product purchases, customers have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

To qualify for a full refund, the product must be:

  • In new condition
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear
  • Returned with any original packaging, tags, or accessories, if applicable

Items that show signs of being worn, washed, used, damaged, altered, or mishandled will not qualify for a full refund.

Exchanges for Size, Fit, or Material

Refunds or exchanges may be accepted for regular product purchases if the customer ordered the wrong size, is not happy with the material, or is not satisfied with the fit.

The customer must contact Drip Tees and Stickers within 7 days of delivery to request the return or exchange.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by an error from Drip Tees and Stickers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you notice the issue and no later than 7 days after delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A clear photo of the packaging, if damaged
  • A short description of the issue

After review, Drip Tees and Stickers may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns or exchanges related to size, fit, material preference, or change of mind.

Drip Tees and Stickers may cover return shipping only when the issue was caused by our error, such as sending the wrong item, wrong size, wrong design, or a defective product.

Do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Drip Tees and Stickers.

Order Cancellations

Regular orders may only be canceled before the order has been processed, printed, packed, or shipped.

Custom orders may only be canceled before design work, production, or printing has started. Once a custom design has been approved, the order is final.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom products after design approval
  • Personalized products
  • Worn or washed apparel
  • Used stickers
  • Stickers that have been peeled, applied, bent, scratched, or damaged after delivery
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Clearance, sale, or final-sale items, if marked as final sale

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
